GlueTread Adhesive is 90% cured after 20 minutes and 100% cured after 1-hour.
If you are not interested in waiting, you can purchase a bottle of GlueTread accelerator and apply it to the patch immediately after repairing your tire. This eliminates any cure time and the tire can now be inflated immediately.
